Why is my DTDC tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can pause for a few reasons: the parcel may be moving between facilities without a fresh scan, it may be held in customs on an international leg, or there may be delays around weekends, holidays, or peak seasons. First re-check the consignment number for typos and allow a little more time. If there is no movement for several days, contact the origin DTDC branch or DTDC customer care with your consignment number to open an investigation.
