Why is my Ethiopia Post tracking not updating?
Postal items are scanned only at fixed checkpoints, so gaps of several days between updates are normal, especially during transit between hubs or while an item waits in the customs queue. First check that you entered the full number including the two front letters and ET ending. If an EMS item shows no movement for over a week, or a registered item for over three weeks, contact Ethiopost on 8536 (in Ethiopia) or +251 11 515 2072.
