Why is my Evri tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking often pauses for a day or more even when the parcel is moving normally, because parcels are not scanned at every step. A parcel can also look stuck if it is held at a depot during a busy period, waiting for the next courier round, or paused at customs for an international shipment. If there is no movement for several working days, contact the sender or Evri customer service with your tracking number.
