Why is my JD Express tracking not updating?
Tracking can pause for several normal reasons: the parcel is between sorting scans, it is moving on a long-haul or cross-border leg with fewer checkpoints, it is sitting in customs, or it has been handed to a partner carrier whose first scan has not yet posted. Wait a couple of days, confirm the number is correct, and re-check on a universal tracker. If it stays frozen for more than a week, contact the seller or JD Logistics.
