Why is my Kerry Express tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can pause for several normal reasons: the number is new and the first pickup scan has not happened yet, a weekend or holiday backlog is slowing scans, an international parcel is clearing customs, or the parcel has moved to a partner carrier with a different tracking number. If a domestic shipment shows no change for several days, contact the sender first and then Kerry Express or KEX support with your tracking number.
