My STO Express tracking is not updating or seems stuck. What should I do?

A tracking page that has not changed for a few days is common and usually does not mean the parcel is lost. The most frequent causes are peak-season backlogs, customs processing on international parcels, and the gap that appears after STO hands the parcel to a local carrier abroad but before that carrier records its first scan. Confirm your number is correct and complete, allow a few extra days, check whether a destination carrier number has been issued, and contact the seller if there is still no movement after about a week of silence.
