Why is my Jersey Post tracking not updating?
Most often the parcel is paused between scans or sitting in customs, not lost. Cross-border items are scanned at fixed handover points rather than continuously, so a quiet day or two during the in-transit or customs stage is normal. Check you entered all 13 characters, and if the number starts with UM remember that service records fewer events. If it is held in customs, look for a request to pay duty or VAT before it can move.
