Why is my La Poste tracking not updating or stuck?
Tracking can pause for a few reasons: the parcel is moving between sorting centers with no scan in between, it is held in customs on an international route, or a scan was simply missed. This is usually normal for a day or two. For international items, gaps are common when the parcel passes from La Poste to the destination carrier. If there is no movement for several days, contact La Poste with your tracking number.
