Why is my Korea Post tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can appear stuck for several reasons: the parcel is in transit between countries, it is waiting for a flight, or it is being processed at customs. International items often show no movement for several days, especially after leaving Korea or while clearing customs. This is normal and usually resolves on its own. If there is no update for more than two to three weeks, contact the sender so they can open an inquiry with Korea Post.
