Gaps are usually normal. A new label can take up to two hours to register, and no scans are expected during overnight transport, terminal processing, or while a parcel waits at a pickup point. First confirm you entered the consignment number correctly. If there is no movement well beyond the expected transit time, contact the sender, who holds the contract and can open an investigation.
