Why is my NZ Post tracking not updating?

Tracking can appear stuck for a few reasons: the parcel may be in transit between depots without a new scan, it may be waiting for the next processing scan, or, for international economy items, scans can pause after the parcel leaves New Zealand. Allow a few business days. If there is no movement for an extended period, contact the sender or NZ Post to raise an enquiry.
