Why is my OCA tracking not updating?
A gap of a day or two between scans is normal, especially over weekends and holidays. A brand-new shipment may show nothing for up to 48 business hours after admission. Confirm you entered the full code correctly, check the expected delivery window, and if a domestic parcel stalls well beyond its normal time, contact OCA with your tracking number. Inbound international items often pause in customs processing.
