Why is my Romania Post tracking not updating?
The most common reason is customs: inbound non-EU parcels can sit at the Bucharest International Exchange Office (BSI București) for several days while import procedures and VAT are processed. Tracking also goes quiet during the handoff between the origin post and Poșta Română. Allow at least 5 working days for domestic items and 2-3 weeks for international ones before treating a stalled status as a problem.
