Why is my SDA tracking not updating?

A status that has not changed for two to three working days is usually a sorting backlog, a customs queue on international items, or a weekend or holiday pause, not a lost parcel. First confirm you are entering the SDA consignment number and not a seller order ID. If the parcel shows no movement well beyond the expected window, ask the sender who created the label to open a trace, since SDA handles claims through the contracting account holder.
