Why is my Tunisia Post tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can appear stuck for a few reasons: the item is in transit between scan points, it is waiting at customs, or it has left Tunisia and entered a destination network that scans less frequently for standard services. Updates often resume once the parcel is scanned again closer to delivery. If there are no changes for two weeks or more on a domestic item, contact Tunisia Post with your tracking number.
