Why is my Ukrposhta tracking not updating?

Tracking often pauses between scans. A brand new label will not move until the item is physically accepted at a post office, long transit legs can run for days, and international parcels can sit in customs clearance for several days. After an international handoff, updates may continue under the destination postal operator. If there is no movement for an unusually long time, check the number is correct and contact Ukrposhta with your tracking number.
