Why is my XpressBees tracking not updating or stuck?
XpressBees scans usually refresh every 24 to 48 hours, so a pause between updates is normal, especially on long intercity routes or during peak sale periods. If the status has not changed for several days, the parcel may be waiting for a scan at a busy hub, held for an address issue, or delayed by high volume. Confirm your AWB is correct, allow another business day, and if it is still stuck, contact XpressBees customer support or the seller you ordered from with your tracking number.
