Why is my ZTO tracking not updating?
A lack of updates is most often normal during long-haul transit or customs processing, when scans can be several days apart. First confirm the number is entered correctly. Then allow 2-5 days for international parcels, and try a universal tracker like InstantParcels to pick up updates from partner carriers. If there is no movement for more than 7-10 days, contact your seller so they can open an inquiry with ZTO.
