My CDEK parcel tracking is not updating. What should I do?
A gap of a few days is usually normal, especially on international routes where the parcel may be sitting in a customs queue or between two scan points. First confirm the number and delivery address are correct. If the parcel passes its quoted delivery window with no movement, contact the seller or CDEK with your tracking number so they can locate it and open an investigation if needed.
