My Sendle tracking is not updating or seems stuck. What should I do?
A stall most often means the parcel is between scans at a handoff between Sendle and a partner carrier, not that it is lost. Identify the partner carrier's tracking number and check that carrier's site directly for a fresher scan. Since Sendle is in liquidation as of February 2026, normal Sendle support and claims are no longer running, so the underlying carrier is your best source of current information.
