My Uzbekistan Post tracking is not updating or seems stuck. What should I do?
A status that has not changed for several days is usually normal, especially while an international item waits at an office of exchange or in customs, because parcels are scanned at fixed checkpoints rather than continuously. Allow the full international transit window, then if there is still no movement well beyond the expected delivery date, contact Uzbekistan Post with your 13-character number and posting date, and for marketplace orders also open a dispute with the seller within the buyer-protection window.
