X-cite Tracking

X-cite tracking follows orders placed with X-cite by Alghanim Electronics, the largest multi-brand consumer electronics retailer in Kuwait, where more than 80 percent of the population lives within 15 minutes of a store (Alghanim Industries, 2026). To track an X-cite order, paste the order number or the carrier tracking number into the tracker on this page and the latest scan is returned in one view. The same lookup works whether the parcel moves on X-cite's own delivery fleet inside Kuwait or on a third-party courier such as Aramex for a longer leg or a Saudi Arabia delivery.

How to Track an X-cite Order

An X-cite order can be tracked in three distinct ways, and the carrier tracking number is the one that returns live scans.

  1. Universal tracker on this page. Paste either the X-cite order number or the courier tracking number into the field above to pull the latest movement without logging in.
  2. X-cite account or app. Sign in at xcite.com or in the X-cite Online Shopping app, open Order History, and select the order to see its current status and the delivery window.
  3. The carrier's own portal. Once a parcel is handed to a courier such as Aramex or X-cite's delivery service at delivery.xcite.com, the carrier tracking number can be checked on that carrier's site for the most granular scans.

X-cite Order Number and Tracking Number

An X-cite order carries two different references: an order number that identifies the purchase and a tracking number that identifies the parcel in transit. The order number is generated the moment checkout completes and appears in the confirmation email and in Order History; a typical order reference looks like XC-1027845613 or a similar numeric string. The order number confirms what was bought and its payment status, but it cannot be tracked on a courier network on its own.

The tracking number is assigned when the order is dispatched and handed to a carrier, and it is the only code that returns live delivery scans. For a third-party courier leg the format follows that carrier's own scheme, for example an Aramex air waybill such as 1234567890 (an 8 to 12 digit numeric AWB) or a DHL Express waybill of 10 digits. Because a Kuwait order can be picked, dispatched, and in some cases relabelled at handoff to the last-mile carrier, a single parcel can show more than one reference during its journey, so the tracking number on the latest dispatch notification is the one to use.

Where to Find an X-cite Tracking Number

The X-cite order number is not the same as the courier tracking number, and only the tracking number returns live scans. The reference appears in several places once an order ships:

  • The order confirmation and the separate dispatch or shipping notification email.
  • The account on xcite.com, under Order History, after selecting the order.
  • The X-cite Online Shopping app, in the orders section.
  • The tracking link sent by email or SMS after the order is handed to the delivery team or courier.

X-cite Tracking Number Format

The references a buyer sees on an X-cite order fall into a small number of formats: the X-cite order reference itself, the X-cite delivery-service number for parcels carried by its own fleet, and a third-party courier number for longer or cross-border legs. Only the patterns below are documented; a carrier reference can be relabelled mid-route, so one parcel may show more than one number.

Format / PatternExampleWhat It Indicates / Where You See It
X-cite order reference (numeric, often with a prefix)XC-1027845613Identifies the purchase, not the parcel; shown in the confirmation email and Order History. Cannot be tracked on a courier network.
X-cite delivery-service numberShown on the delivery.xcite.com tracking linkUsed when X-cite's own fleet carries the parcel inside Kuwait; appears in the dispatch SMS or email link.
Aramex air waybill (8 to 12 digits)1234567890A third-party courier leg, common for cross-emirate, Saudi Arabia, or express handling.
DHL Express waybill (10 digits)1234567890Express or international handling on some orders.

X-cite Order Status Guide

An X-cite order moves through a predictable set of statuses from checkout to delivery, and each one maps to a stage in fulfilment. The table below describes the buyer-facing lifecycle for both standard and large-appliance orders.

StatusDescription
Order placedCheckout completed and the order number issued; the confirmation email is sent.
Payment confirmedPayment authorised by KNET, card, or marked as cash on delivery; the order moves to fulfilment.
Processing / being preparedThe item is picked and packed at the warehouse or showroom; for large appliances an installation slot may be scheduled here.
Ready for dispatchThe order is packed and waiting for the delivery team or courier handoff.
Shipped / handed to carrierThe parcel leaves the warehouse on X-cite's fleet or a third-party courier; the tracking number activates.
In transitThe parcel is moving between the warehouse, sorting point, and the delivery area.
Out for deliveryThe parcel is on the vehicle for delivery that day, often within a stated window.
Delivery attempted / failedDelivery was tried but not completed, usually because no one was available; a redelivery is arranged.
DeliveredThe parcel was handed over and, for large appliances, installed where that service was booked.
Return / refund initiatedA return or cancellation has been started; a pickup or showroom drop-off is arranged.
RefundedThe refund has been processed back to the original payment method.

Why X-cite Order Tracking Is Not Updating or Not Working

When X-cite tracking is not updating, the cause is almost always a normal gap between scans rather than a lost parcel. The most common reasons are below.

Awaiting the first scan. A tracking number is created when the order is marked dispatched, but it can take time before the first movement scan appears. For X-cite orders the tracking link typically begins updating within a few hours to 1 to 2 days of dispatch; until then the status may sit on order placed or processing.

Still in processing. Large appliances and items that need an installation slot can stay in processing for several days while the delivery and installation are scheduled, so no transit scan appears yet.

Handoff gap to a courier. When an order passes from the X-cite warehouse to a third-party courier such as Aramex, there can be a quiet period of up to 1 to 2 days during the handoff before the courier records its first scan.

Cross-border or cross-emirate leg. For a Saudi Arabia delivery or a longer leg, transit can go silent for 2 to 5 days between the export and destination scans even though the parcel is moving.

Wrong number entered. Pasting the order number instead of the courier tracking number returns no scans, because the order reference is not a trackable consignment number. Use the tracking number from the dispatch notification.

Genuinely delayed. If there is no movement for several days past the promised window, contact X-cite customer care first on 1803535 or at Xsupport@xcite.com; if the parcel is already with a named courier, that carrier can also trace it.

Which Couriers Deliver X-cite Orders?

X-cite fulfils most Kuwait orders with its own delivery fleet and uses third-party couriers for express, cross-emirate, and Saudi Arabia legs. Inside Kuwait, X-cite operates its own logistics and delivery service (tracked at delivery.xcite.com) and advertises free standard delivery plus a 1-hour express option available 24/7 across the country (X-cite, 2026). Because X-cite runs this delivery arm itself, it coordinates the parcel end to end rather than always passing it to an outside carrier, so a domestic order can show a single X-cite delivery reference from dispatch to doorstep.

For longer or expedited shipments, X-cite hands parcels to established regional couriers. Aramex, headquartered in the region, is a common carrier for express and cross-border GCC deliveries, and DHL Express handles some international or expedited movements. For the growing X-cite store and online network in Saudi Arabia, last-mile delivery commonly runs on Saudi specialists such as SMSA Express, Naqel, and iMile, which are the same carriers that complete deliveries for regional marketplaces. The specific courier on any order is the one named in the dispatch notification, and the tracking number it carries is the code to enter in the tracker on this page.

Delivery Times and Shipping Options

X-cite offers free standard delivery across Kuwait plus a paid 1-hour express option, with delivery available 24/7 (X-cite, 2026). Standard delivery for in-stock items is typically same-day to a few days depending on the item and the delivery area, while express delivery targets a 1-hour window for eligible products and locations. A buyer can store multiple delivery addresses, such as a home, an office, or a dewaniya, and choose between them at checkout.

Large appliances follow a scheduled delivery and installation flow. X-cite states it has a team of trained installers with over 20 years of experience to install large appliances, so refrigerators, washers, and similar items are booked into a delivery-and-install slot rather than left as a doorstep drop. Saudi Arabia orders are fulfilled through the growing X-cite store and online network in the Kingdom, where delivery timelines depend on the city and the carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

X-cite allows returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, arranged through customer care rather than a self-service label (X-cite, 2026). To start a return, a buyer calls customer care on 1803535 or emails Xsupport@xcite.com to schedule a pickup from home; items must be sealed with the original packaging available for the return to be accepted. Cash-and-carry products bought in store can be returned at any nearest showroom, and an item that has been delivered or is in the process of delivery can be collected free when handled through the customer service centre.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and checked. A cash-on-delivery order that is refused at the door is generally cancelled without a charge, since payment had not been taken.

Tracking shows delivered but the parcel was not received. First check with other household members and at the building reception or security desk, then confirm the delivery address on the order. If the parcel still cannot be found, contact X-cite customer care on 1803535 or Xsupport@xcite.com promptly so the delivery can be traced with the courier and resolved.

Parcel returned to sender or undeliverable. A parcel can be returned when delivery is attempted and fails repeatedly, the address is incorrect, or no one is available to receive a large appliance. In that case X-cite customer care can arrange a redelivery or, if the order is cancelled, a refund to the original payment method.

What Is X-cite

X-cite, also styled Xcite, is the consumer electronics retail brand of Alghanim Electronics, part of Alghanim Industries, one of the largest privately owned companies in the Gulf with more than 30 business units and operations in over 40 countries (Alghanim Industries, 2026). X-cite is the largest multi-brand electronics retailer in Kuwait, carrying over 300 global brands across its showrooms and the multi-channel online store at xcite.com, with a 5,000-plus square metre Al-Rai flagship that houses more than 450 brands.

Beyond Kuwait, X-cite has expanded its retail footprint into Saudi Arabia, opening stores in Riyadh, Makkah, Dammam, and Jeddah as part of Alghanim's growth in the Kingdom (Kuwait Times, 2024). X-cite operates primarily as a first-party retailer selling its own stocked inventory, complemented by an online store and a growing assortment of partner and third-party listings, with payment supported by KNET, Visa and MasterCard cards, Apple Pay, and cash or card on delivery. Related marketplaces in the region whose parcels move through the same carrier networks include noon and Amazon.
