What should I do if my ACS parcel is marked delivered but I did not receive it?

First check whether it was left with a neighbour, at reception, or in an ACS Smart Point locker, and look for a delivery notice. Confirm the address on the order is correct. If you still cannot locate it, contact ACS customer service with your 10-digit voucher number, and ask the sender to open an inquiry with the delivering ACS branch.
