Where do I find the tracking number for my Aliexpress purchase?

You can find the tracking number for your Aliexpress order in several places:

1. In your Aliexpress Order Details
Go to My Orders → select the item → and look under Logistics Information.
Here you will see the tracking number, shipping method, and current status.

2. In the Shipping Notification Email
When the seller dispatches the order, Aliexpress sends an email titled “Your order has been shipped.”
This email often includes the tracking number and the assigned carrier.

3. In the Aliexpress App
Open the app → Account → My Orders → tap the product → scroll to Tracking.
The app sometimes displays updates faster than the website.

4. After the seller updates the shipment
If the page shows “Shipped” but no number yet, the seller may not have uploaded it. Tracking usually appears within 24–72 hours.

If no tracking number shows after several days, you can message the seller directly to request it.
