My Bulgaria Post tracking is not updating or appears stuck. What should I do?

Tracking can pause for several reasons. The item may be in transit between sorting centers, waiting for the next scan, or clearing customs on an international route, where gaps of several days are normal. First recheck the number for typos. If there has been no update for more than a week on a domestic item, or longer on an international one, contact Bulgarian Posts with your tracking number and posting receipt, or ask the sender to open an inquiry at the office where it was posted.
