Receiving FedEx Shipments

An individual in Russia, upon delivery by courier, can receive duty-free goods worth up to 200 euros, excluding the cost of delivery. If you receive parcels worth more than 200 euros, you will have to independently deliver the parcel at Moscow customs or use the planned services of a customs broker if you are not able to visit customs.

Delivery of the parcel is carried out at the address of the courier, who previously contacted by phone. If the courier could not contact you, the package can be stored in the warehouse for 5 days, after which it goes back to the sender or is destroyed.
