What do the letter prefixes mean?
The first letter signals the service. R (such as RA) is registered mail and small registered packets up to about 2 kg. C or CD is an ordinary or insured parcel, including heavier items up to around 20 kg. E or EE is EMS or Rapid-Poste express. All trackable Tunisia Post numbers end in TN.
