Why is my Blue Dart tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can appear stuck for several reasons: a long surface transit leg between scans, an international customs hold while documents or duties are processed, a failed delivery attempt awaiting reattempt, or weather and operational delays. In most cases the status updates again once the parcel reaches the next checkpoint. If it has not moved for several days, contact Blue Dart with your waybill number.
