Why is my Bpost tracking not updating or stuck?
Tracking can appear stuck for a few reasons: the label was created but Bpost has not yet scanned the item, the parcel is in transit between sorting centres, or it is an international shipment that has left Belgium but the destination carrier has not recorded its first scan yet. This quiet period is normal. If there is no movement for more than 7 to 10 business days domestically, or longer for international items, contact Bpost or the sender.
