Why is my Chronopost tracking not updating or stuck?
Tracking can pause for several reasons: the parcel is waiting for its next scan between sorting hubs, it is held in customs for international shipments, or there is a weekend or public holiday. Make sure you are using the correct tracking number from the carrier label. If there is no movement for several business days, contact the sender or Chronopost customer service to open an enquiry.
