Why is my CTT tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can appear stuck for a few reasons: the item has not yet been scanned at the next facility, it is in transit between sorting centers, or it is waiting for customs clearance on an international shipment. For items leaving or entering Portugal, tracking is passed between postal operators, so there can be gaps where no scan is recorded. Updates usually resume within a few days. If there is no movement for an extended period, contact CTT with your tracking number and posting receipt.
