Tracking often goes quiet during international transport, while an item waits for a connecting flight, or while it sits in customs. Cross-border parcels also record fewer scans than domestic ones. If your item is moving internationally, allow extra days before assuming there is a problem. If it stays frozen well beyond the expected window, contact the sender or Ghana Post.
