Why is my Hong Kong Post tracking not updating or stuck?
The most common reasons are an international handoff (the item has left Hong Kong but the destination carrier has not scanned it yet), a customs hold, or long gaps between scans on economy services. Ordinary unregistered mail does not update at all because it is not trackable. In most cases the item is still moving, and updates resume once it reaches the next scanning point.
