Why is my Indonesia Post tracking not updating or stuck?
Tracking can pause for several reasons: the first scan may take a day or two to appear after posting, the parcel may be in transit between facilities with no scan, it may be waiting at customs, or some economy international services simply scan less often. If there are no updates for more than 7-10 days on a domestic item, or longer on an international one, contact Pos Indonesia or the sender.
