Why is my Lazada (LEX) tracking not updating or stuck?

A stalled LEX status almost always means the parcel is between checkpoints, not lost. Common causes are customs clearance on cross-border parcels (1-3 days), sorting backlogs during peak sales like 11.11 and 12.12, address confirmation, and remote or inter-island routing. If nothing changes for more than three to four days, reconfirm your address in the app and contact Lazada customer service with your order and tracking numbers.
