Why is my PHLPost tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can appear stuck for several reasons: the first scan may not have been recorded yet, the item may be in transit between processing centers, or an international item may be moving between countries where updates are limited. International items can also sit in customs. Recheck the number for typos, allow a few extra days, and contact PHLPost or the handling post office if there is no movement for an extended period.
