Why is my Poczta Polska tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can pause for several reasons: the item is moving between sorting hubs without a new scan, it is waiting in customs for an international shipment, registered mail only records dispatch and delivery, or there is a weekend or holiday delay. If there is no update for more than a week on a domestic item, or longer for international, contact Poczta Polska with your tracking number. Keep your posting receipt in case you need to file a claim.
