Why is my Pos Malaysia tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can appear stuck for a few reasons: the item may be in transit between sorting facilities, waiting in customs for an international shipment, or simply between scans on a service that updates less frequently. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the first scan after posting, and a few extra days for international items. If there is no movement for an unusually long time, contact Pos Malaysia customer care with your tracking number.
