Why is my Posti tracking not updating or stuck?
Tracking can pause for a few reasons. The parcel may be in transit between sorting terminals, waiting at a pickup point for collection, or held in customs for an international shipment. Gaps are also common during the handoff between Posti and a foreign postal operator. Allow a little extra time, check whether the parcel is already at a pickup point, and contact Posti customer service if there is no movement for several days or the item appears lost.
