Why is my PTT tracking not updating or stuck?

Tracking can pause for several reasons: the item is waiting for its next scan between processing centers, it is in transit on a long international leg, or it is held in customs. International parcels often show no movement while crossing borders and then jump straight to a later status. Recheck the number for typos, allow a few more days, and track on InstantParcels to see the combined PTT and partner-carrier status. If there is no update for an extended period, contact PTT with your receipt.
