Why does my Aliexpress order show “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

It’s possible for an Aliexpress order to display “Delivered” even if you have not received the package. This usually happens due to one of the following reasons:

1. The package was delivered to a mailbox or parcel locker.
Small parcels are often placed directly into your mailbox or delivered to a local pickup point without door delivery.

2. It was delivered to a neighbor or building office.
In apartments or shared buildings, carriers sometimes leave packages with reception, security desks, or neighbors.

3. The carrier scanned the package early.
Occasionally, a courier marks a parcel as "Delivered" before completing the actual delivery, especially during busy periods.

4. The package was delivered to the wrong address.
Misrouting or an incorrect label can lead to delivery at a nearby address.

5. The local tracking number differs from the original one.
If your parcel received a new domestic tracking number, the original number may show “Delivered” even though the new one is still in transit.

Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building office
Verify the address on the Aliexpress order
Track the parcel using any secondary tracking numbers
Contact the carrier to confirm where it was delivered
