Ninja Xpress records scans at hubs rather than continuously, so a gap of a day or two is normal, especially over Sundays and public holidays when the courier does not deliver. A new tracking ID can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan after pickup. First confirm you are using the Ninja Xpress tracking ID and not the marketplace order number; if the status has not changed well beyond the estimated window, contact Ninja Xpress or the seller with your tracking ID.
