How do I track my Aliexpress order?

You can track your Aliexpress order using several methods, depending on the shipping carrier and stage of delivery:

1. Track through Aliexpress Order Details
Go to My Orders → select the product → view Logistics Information.
You’ll see the tracking number, carrier, and latest updates.

2. Track using the Aliexpress mobile app
Open the app → Account → My Orders → choose the item → scroll to Tracking.
The app often displays updates faster than the website.

3. Track on the carrier’s website
Once you have the tracking number, you can check it on the official website of the carrier handling your shipment (Cainiao, China Post, YunExpress, 4PX, SunYou, etc.).

4. Track after export or handover
For international shipments, tracking may only update once the package leaves China or is scanned by the local postal service in your country.

If tracking does not appear immediately, allow 24–72 hours after the seller ships the item for the carrier to register the package.
